Our Fees

Mortgage Point receives a commission from the banks which is fully disclosed. 

We manage the entire process

Your Mortgage Point Broker will stay in touch regularly as each step in the process is completed. You will deal directly with your Broker who manages your application from the initial consultation right through to settlement and beyond.

Industry qualified and accredited

Mortgage Point Brokers are licensed under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009.

All Brokers have completed a Certificate IV in Financial Services/Mortgage Broking and a Diploma of Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking Management).

Our Brokers are members of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) or Finance Brokers Association of Australia (FBAA) and Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA).
